Bookings And Prices
Prices, availability, taxes, fees and cancellation rules are shown during the booking process. A booking is confirmed only when the required payment or pre-authorisation has been completed and a confirmation has been issued.
Payments
Direct online payments may be processed securely through Stripe or our booking provider. You must use a valid payment method and provide accurate guest and billing details.
Check-In And Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times are shown before booking and in your arrival instructions. The apartments use self check-in. Guests are responsible for reading the instructions before arrival and contacting us if anything is unclear.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect the apartment, building, neighbours and local laws. Smoking, parties, unauthorised guests, illegal activity and behaviour that creates disturbance or damage are not permitted.
Damage, Security And Access
You may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or rule breaches caused during your stay. Access codes are for registered guests only and must not be shared outside your group.
Cancellations And Changes
Cancellation, amendment and refund terms depend on the rate and dates selected and are displayed during booking. If you booked through a third-party platform, that platform's terms may apply.
